Use your spatula to pour your batter into your measuring cup. I find this the easiest way to pour out equal amounts with little cleanup.

After about 1 min, flip your crepe over with your spatula. Cook on the other side for about 30 sec. On your 2nd and 3rd crepe, the pan will already be hot, so cook time is about 1 min on both sides.

I sliced some strawberries and poured chocolate syrup on top for my breakfast. You may try Nutella, honey, pancake syrup, marmalade.. The choice is up to you! Enjoy!

I'm glad you resolved the recipe. I used 1/2 cup 2% reduced far milk, and 1/2 cup water.

What kind of milk did you use? I used my normal no fat milk and the batter came out way too liquidy. My second attempt I instead used 1 cup flour, 1.25 cup whole milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbs melted butter, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla. Batter was perfect then. But I like your idea of adding a little sugar!
