Add a heaping spoonful of mayo and slaw dressing.  Be conservative, you're making chicken salad, not mush.  You can always add more mayo later if needed.

Great recipe!!! I didn't add the cranberries or water chestnuts/onions. I wanted it super sweet, so I diced a couple fuji apples! Great substitute for those who don't like water chestnuts or onions! :)
