I absolutely love your cork planters guide. Thank you for sharing it! I've made a few now, but I can't seem to keep the succulent alive for very long. The leaves start to shrivel, then drop off, and finally the whole plant dies. I over-watered my 1st one. So now I just spray a fine mist of water every 1 to 2 weeks. I even bought Miracle Grow Cactus soil to mix in with the dirt from the succulent's existing soil it came with. I would love to stop murdering these poor little succulents. Do you have any suggestions that might help? I'd hate to become a succulent serial killer. :) Thank you!

Upcycle That

They need a little bit of water about every two weeks. Use a syringe or dropper and just give them a couple of drops. These kind of plants (succulents) don't need a lot of water to survive.

(author) 5 months ago

Ken Keith

How often do you water these kinds of plants? Do they need water at all?

These plants are succulents. They are very hardy and require little water. We spritz ours with a water spray bottle every 1-2 weeks. You could also use a water dropper.
