I am so sorry about my incorrect posting of a tablespoon of cocoa. I actually put in a 1/2 cup of cocoa. The cookies should be crispy and dunkable in milk. The amount of minutes works, just let them sit on the tray for a minute or two before moving to cooling rack. Sorry Elmo K.S. I appreciate your input so I can try and fix this. Thank you ;)

I actually got this recipe from my mother, and it originally was made with original Rice Krispies but I love chocolate, so I made it cocoa instead. I am sure it would work with plain ones just fine ;)
