Assemble ingredients, I use chocolate chips instead of nuts but totally up to you!
Combine confectioners sugar, cocoa powder. Once mixed well, add salt and vanilla.
Add egg whites ( I'm so bad at separating the eggs so a little yolk fell in there lol) finally, add chocolate chips or nuts
Place them on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Be sure to place them far apart because these cookies will spread out when cooked. I only do 6 per sheet
Bake at 320 for 12 to 15 minutes. These cookies can look kinda sad at first just give them time. The tops should be glossy and crack a little when done
To cool, just remove the parchment paper and put aside while you make the other batches. I get about 4 sheets of 6 cookies each from this recipe. The texture should be chewy, fudgey, soft and delish!
Finished product!! These are great little gifts and people will think you slaved for hours ;)
