I am using 500 grams of premium pork tenderloin.

Use the back of your meat knife to slightly smash the upper side of the pork loin. Do it with love, cause you don't want to have fully smashed pork. (sorry for the yelling in the film!)

Put pork loin in a bowl.

(clockwise) Drizzle 1tbsp char siu sauce on both pieces. Use your spoon to rub the sauce over/into the pork loin. Don't forget to repeat this to the other side!

(clockwise) Spread 1tbsp dark soy sauce on both pieces. Use your spoon to rub the sauce over/into the pork. Don't forget to repeat this to the other side!

Drizzle 1tsp of sugar on both pieces. Use your spoon to rub the sauce over/into the pork. Repeat this to the other side.

Wrap the bowl and put it in the fridge for overnight.

The next day: preheat oven at 180 Celsius degrees.

Carefully put pork loin into oven for about 20 minutes EACH side. After the first 20 minutes turn around the pork loin for the next 20 minutes.

After 40 minutes rub some honey on the upper side. Put it into oven for about 3 minutes. Then turn around the pork loin and rub some honey on this side. Put it into oven for about 3 minutes again.
