These are the ingredients you need, don't forget to have 500g of mince too. 2 cloves garlic 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon oregano

Brown the onions in the pan with dampened greaseproof paper (20 mins)

Mix all the herbs except the garlic

Brown the mince in the pan then drain excess fat

Put the onion back into the pan and brown then add the garlic for 1 minute

At the spices too the mix and cook for 1 min.

Add the mince, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper bring to the boil then simmer for 1 hour
