Chop veggies (onion, bell pepper, apple) I used a garlic press for the garlic. {I hadn't minced the jalepeño yet because I omitted it. Too hot for my little boys. My husband topped his meal with it.}

Just made my own, eating it right now! :) I was missing a few ingredients & had to make my own curry powder but it still had a pretty good result, I'll post a pic on my profile for anybody who wants to see.

The curry powder has a little spice to it. My kids (2 and 3) eat it no problem though. I mix a little sour cream in to theirs to make it milder too.

Yum. Thanks I have to try this. Is it not spicy without the peppers? My kids won't eat spicy either.

It's fine to leave them out. They add sweetness but it won't effect the overall flavor. I think they're more of a condiment usually. I just mix them in.
