First,cook Chicken by adding water,  salt, pepper,& 2 tsp soy sauce. (Add water till it just covers the chicken.) In the above pic its already done..:-)

Then, seperate the chicken from the water (broth). Keep it aside

Now add  3tsp olive oil in a medium pan.

When the oil is hot add the cooked chicken to it.

Fry it until golden brown colour. ( 2-3 minutes in med flame) This is done so that the chicken becomes little crispy.. (and not soggy)

Remove the chicken n add onion to the same pan. If needed, add 1 tsp of oil again. Saute the onion till its transparent.

When its done, add green chilli , bell pepper n half a tsp of soy sauce to it.

Add ginger n garlic paste.

When the peppers are soft, add the chicken  broth ( which we kept aside) to it.

Add cornstartch n stir. Boil for a minute or till the gravy become thick and creamy.

Add the chicken to it and give it a stir again. Switch off the flame after 1/2 a minute.

Yummy Chicken chilli is ready!!! Now u can garnish it with cilantro. ( I didnt have any :-(...!) You can have it with rice or noodle.

TIP:If you want more gravy, u can mix around 1 tsp cornstartch in a cup of warm water, add to it and then boil. Make sure to check the salt n pepper according to your taste. Haffun :-)!

u can use any medium sized pot(2-3 quarts size) which has a lid....:-)..
