1 lb fresh broccoli break into pieces. Steam it

3 cups cooked chicken break into small pieces

3 cups grated cheese

1 1/2 ritz crackers

2 sticks of butter

1 tablespoon of poppyseeds

Salt

Pepper

Milk

@amanda I had way to much juice too!!! I followed the guide exactly. I don't know what's wrong. But with every scoop I drained the juice out. And it tasted amazing.
