Before starting, take your cream cheese out of the refrigerator and let it soften a little... This will make your life MUCH easier :)
Wash your strawberries. Cut the tops off and Remove the core/center from them. You can use a fruit baller or I find a 1/4 tsp spoon to be the perfect size.
The ingredients for the filling
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and softened cream cheese together.
Should look like this after its mixed
Get one sleeve of graham crackers and crush them up. Put into a bowl or plate.
Fill strawberry and leave a little filling on top for the graham cracker to grab onto.
I usually cover and refrigerate for about a half an hour but you can enjoy them right away :)
