Add the ginger,cardamom, the cinnamon stick And water into a sauce pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes add the tea.Either 2 tea bags of rooibos tea or Black tea leafs. Do NOT open the tea bags and pour out the tea like i did, you will have to sift it and it will make a big mess..
Let the tea soak for five minutes. Heat up the milk and skim it with a whisk
Sift the tea and add into a glass or cup. Add the skimmed milk and a decoration if you like to! Enjoy! :)
