Could I use agave nectar instead of brown sugar? It's pretty much a liquid form of brown sugar but I can't have brown sugar so I was wondering. Thanks :)

Because its gummy and chewy. It isn't crunchy and can't be stored that way.. It would be like a marshmallowy sticky popcorn

Why do you need to cook it? Whycan't you eat it as it is before this step? :)

Mark Tate

This was not an easy step for me. I didn't have a double boiler, so I used a small sauce pan inside a larger one with water. This did not work very well, as the white chocolate crystallized before melting to the point where I could spoon it out. Turned into a hard mess! So be careful. I just skipped this part.
