Bend open all your 14 jump rings by using nail clippers or round nose pliers. Do not pull the halves of the jump rings apart! Pull one half towards you on and the other half away from you like so.
Loop the ring through one of the holes. If it won't go in, try spreading it open more but don't open it too far apart or you'll break it. After you loop it in, bring it back together.
Do the same with the other buttons and then loop them together with a jump ring so that it connects like so.
Then open up the loop at the end of the button chain to slide in the fish hook earring. Do the same with the other 3 buttons, 7 jump rings, and 1 fish hook earring that are leftover.
