That's what I use, sparingly. But it's not required; you can use any hot sauce.

Looks delicious. I never tried it but I heard that the Ghost Pepper is one of the hottest peppers, the one thing hotter is the Trinidad Spider Pepper.

Great recipe and way to make. Please head Edwin's warning about the ghost pepper sauce. Few drops more than required could burn things deep down.

Nice... Something I do with mine us to bake them on a bakers cooling rack ( which sits in the pan) This tends to help prevent that 'one spot' from getting too soft thus a good crisp skin allover. Good warning about the daves insanity sauce. That stuff is no joke!

Great guide but as a warning... My suggestion is be careful with how much ghost pepper sauce you add. A few drops is plenty. Half a teaspoon as you say in the other hot sauce area in supplies could ruin somebodies day or even cause you body/heart to race . Dave's ghost pepper or Dave's insanity sauce is not to consumed unless you know what you are getting into and if you do go down that route, try a drop. It will take your breath away.

Thanks for this - Love Buffalo Wings, and rarely see them on the menu in the UK, so this is perfect

Any hot sauce will do, but I like to kick it up a notch. Be careful.
