We love brownies so this is a large portion of mix. It will give you 7 brownies that each will serve 8-9 people. Takes 5 minutes to make and costs a fraction of store bought

Don't over work your dough. That will result in a more cake like brownie and we don't want that.

Grease your pan and sprinkle with sugar. An 8x8" pan will give you a 2" thick brownie,bake for 30-35 minutes. An 9x13" pan will give you a 1/2-1" thick brownie,bake for 25-30 minutes.

5 and 1/3 tablespoons is 1/3 cup butter. It usually says right on the package in the US.
