While potatoes boil, cut rosemary and garlic. Bunch the rosemary best  you can, then cut into small pieces. I got precut garlic cause I'm lazy :)

That's so great, boiling them ahead of time! I gave up years ago, because - even cut-up - raw potatoes take FOREVER to cook, and then they just fall apart...Will definitely try these! Cheers!
