Gather your favorite potato and cut in length wise. Then cut across to get the home fry shape
Boil potatoes for a few minutes
While potatoes boil, cut rosemary and garlic. Bunch the rosemary best you can, then cut into small pieces. I got precut garlic cause I'm lazy :)
Line a small baking pan with foil for easy clean up.
Test to see if potatoes are done by taking a piece and cutting it. If it's very easy for the knife to slide into they are done!
Drain water. Then add olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Layer on sheet evenly and put in oven for 5-10 minutes
Put in broiler for extra crispness and enjoy!
