Step 9 of 11

P.S.: as the name says, it's "pan brigadeiro". Not to be confused with the proper brigadeiro, which is a chocolate bonbon covered in sprinkles.

Step 10 of 11

P.P.S.: it's really important that you wait until it cools down. It'll be really hot when you get it out of the heat. And that "cocoa powder" is not a powder of cocoa. It's a powder of CHOCOLATE ;-)

It's more usual to eat just with the spoon, but it's awesome with cake and fruits, too :)

Hmm, how can I explain. It has the consistency of something in between a soup and a pudding. A thick sauce. And tastes like milk chocolate.

So is it like chocolate soup or pudding? Or what is it like?
