1 Olive oil (depends on the paste you wish)

Yes, in deed, for a small portion you should go for the following (then by time you will know whether you like it with more or less of each ingredient): 11/4 dl./0,5 US cup/8 spoons Olive oil 15g/1,5 spoon Pines 3 spoons grated parmesan cheese 2 hands full of basil 1-2 garlic cloves 1/2 teespoon salt a littel bit of pepper

Can't you write the ingredients "size", you know ex. 1/4cup of basil or 120g. Of basil?:-)

Almonds are a good alternative to pine nuts. I often use almonds instead or mix it. Roast them on the pan before u chop them to get a great taste.

I can't find these pine nuts in Brazil. Did you already try it with other type of nuts? Like cashew nuts?

If you just add it in a clean glass you must eat it within like 14 days. You will see if it is going bad because it will mold. However if you want it to last a long time then clean the glasses using atamon and it will last - enjoy :-)
