Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 1 stick of butter. (SEE THE END FOR PICTURES!!!!) 😎
Add 1 cup of sugar and two eggs to the melted butter
Add three large ripe bananas and mix
In a separate bowl sift together 2 cups of all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Peel and dice three apples. Fold apples into banana mixture. Generously add cinnamon
Slowly Add flour mixture into banana mixture
Bake for approximately 30 minutes. While baking set out two sticks of salted sweet cream butter until they reached room temperature.
frosting: take the two sticks of butter that are that have reached room temperature and add 2 teaspoons of vanilla 2 tablespoons of whipping cream and four cups of sifted powdered sugar together, whip
Make sure that the cake is completely cooled off before frosting, refrigerate and enjoy. ;)
