If u ever want to try the cake with the sour cream and pineapple, it also is fabulous. My guys all fight over it too. I just can't believe the recipes r exactly the same. I've never even met anyone who had anything like this cake. It's not dry like normal cheese cake

I always use digestive biscuits. They are also called sweetmeal digestives. I live in the UK, and we're very limited in what nice biscuits we have!

I make a Cheese Cake exactly like yours starts, then I add a layer of sour cream and crushed pineapple. I use to use Zwiback (baby cracker) until they quit making it. What are these crackers that u are using and where do you get them?????
