Chicken tenderloins, franks, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, large mixing bowl, cookie sheet, pie pan.
Turn your oven on, set it to 400 degrees.
Prep your bread crumbs. Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add any seasoning you like. Mix well.
Dip a piece of chicken into the milk.
Dip it in the bread crumbs.
Turn over, coat it very well.
Lay it on the cookie sheet. Repeat until you have finished all the chicken.
I cooked them on one side for 15 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 15 minutes.
Put them in a bowl to prep for the hot sauce.
Add Franks Red Hot sauce.
Mix well. Make sure each piece is covered in sauce. Enjoy with ranch and fries!
