I made them today for my grandbaby Vivian. How can I send you a pic of her reaction ? Instead of round cookies I rolled them out and cut them into bars so they were easier for her to eat.

That sounds fantastic! Oddly enough I ate a few of these baby versions and they are quite good with the lack of processed sugar. I'm sure a bit of lemon and ginger would be quite delicious. Almost like a good cookie to have with coffee.

Dear Guy. I made two kind one for baby's like yours and one where I added grated fresh ginger and grated lemon zest. The adult kind were moorish

Dear guy. I have now made the cookies with powder milk. The reason yours did not flatten out is because you have too small amount of butter. Add two spoonfuls more and you'll be laughing.

Thanks sounds perfect for my lil' one who began finger foods.

These hold extremely well! I would suggest making them a bit flatter almost like cut out cookies. This was my first run and they ended up being good, just not exactly how I thought they would flatten out.

Do these hold well or crumble easily?

Well I guess I'm childish enough to need baby formula. 😝

You don't have baby formula?! Oh I could send you a case of it!

They look lovely. Good idea to use what you got cookies. I don't have baby formula so I think I'll add dry milk powder instead.
