Hi Corey. Oh so sorry about that...perhaps u dont put enough bread? I didnt say how much it should be coz it so depends to ur likey. I like it firm but my Mom likes it a but mushy (but still can 'spoon' on it). Maybe u can try once more by adding more bread and less liquid. Pla let me know the result

Hi Jenny :) Well pandan leave aroma is fresh and sweet. However, just like kaffir lime leaves, you cannot have its beautiful fragrant unless u tear the leaf and or put it in the dish (on cooking process). In many south east Asian dishes, pandan leaf is very common to use both for savory or sweet dish, so the best place to find it is in the asian store heeheh. Btw if you happen dont have pandan leaf, u can put a cinnamon stick for this recipe. Slightly different in aroma but still good :) thanx for stopping by :) ttyl
