Cut lemons in half length-wise.

Juice all 10 lemons.

Remove pulp and section casings; keep the rinds intact. You will use these as your shot cups.

Step 4 of 12

Boil one cup of the lemon juice.

Step 5 of 12

Mix one box lemon Jell-O with boiling lemon juice. Stir until completely dissolved.

Add one cup of Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka; mix together.

Step 7 of 12

Pour Jell-O, Vodka, and lemon juice mixture into halved lemon rinds.

Cool shots in the refrigerator.

I made these today (substituted raspberry for the lemon jello, but otherwise the same). I'd recommend using the larger varieties of lemons, as well as slicing the bottoms of the lemons a bit flat so they stand better. I had some spillage - not that I won't scrape the spilled jello with a spoon once set!

If you do t want so much lemon flavor use 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup water. If you're feeling extra frisky, sub the water for vodka.
