Remove stems from the kale, rinse and add to blender

Add 1 cup of frozen mangos, 3/4 cup of blueberries, 3/4 cup of raspberries, Kiefer and 1 1/2 cup of water to blender

Add kéfir (probiotic fermented milk)

Toss in blender and turn on for 30 sec or so

Add protein powder

I added 2 kinds of protein powder, this one is sweetened with stevia, but there are many to choose from

Add flaxseed (flaxseed can leave a gritty taste but is high in Omega-3 so if you don't like that you can skip this step)

Peel and add banana

Turn blender on low at first, increase to high speed and blend for a min or until smooth

Pour in a glass or travel mug and enjoy!

I usually use all organic ingredients especially with berries and always have different fruit, berries and veggies to throw in. Clean the blender with soap and water on high for 20 sec will save time
