This is the best chocolate cupcake recipe i have come across by far- i strongly recommend this.

Gather your ingredients

Melt the hot water and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat

Step 3 of 14

Once melted set aside to cool

Step 4 of 14

Cream butter and sugar

Step 5 of 14

Step 6 of 14

Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.

Step 7 of 14

Step 8 of 14

Sift the flours and cocoa and mix untll well combined.

Step 9 of 14

It may seem quite thick but now you add the water and chocolate from earlier.

It can be a bit annoying to mix but it does come together quite nicely after awhile.

All mixed ;)

Step 12 of 14

Pour into party pans and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Now ice with your favorite chocolate icing and your done!

With this one I just beat up a whole heap of butter and a whole heap of icing sugar till I was happy with it- then added cocoa. Just a big guess really ;)

150 Grams Chocolate

1 Cup Water

125 Grams Butter

1 ¼ Cups Brown sugar

3 Eggs

1 ½ Cups S.R.Flour

½ Cups Plain flour

1 ¼ Cups Cocoa powder
