Weigh down that greenery with a rough chop of half an onion. I use yellow... try hitting it with a purple onion if you like!

½ Onion (yellow or purple)

3 Garlic cloves

I made this and it was awesome!! The first night I had it with a t-bone steak and it was to die for. Last night I slathered it on tacos and it was amazing! Thank you for the recipe. With plenty of parsley and cilantro in the garden, I will be eating this all summer long :)
