Just made it for dinner... Loved the flavors. it was too spicy for our little ones but perfect for my husband and myself. I accidentally overdid the eggs so I will definitely have to try it again for brunch :)

Just eye it. I like mine spicy so I usually put 1 teaspoon curry powder and crushed red peppers, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper
