Amazing easy recipe, I bet it's delicious with the garlic and the herbs. Thanks to Jessica for the Sicilian recipe suggestion, I don't normally have fresh cilantro (coriander) in the fridge.

This was delicious. I didnt have cilantro so i used basil and the bread i was saving to get old got too old haha so i toasted some wheat bread and i wish i had made more soo good thanx
