Supplies

3 ripen bananas

1 ½ Cups SIFTED self raising flour

½ Teaspoons bicarbonate of soda

70 Grams (2.5 oz ) melted butter

⅔ Cups (6 oz) brown sugar

2 Cups eggs ( replace with eggless powder)

2 Tablespoons Milk

1 Spatula to mix ingredients

1 Potato masher

1 Plastic (semi heat proof) bowl

1 Loaf oven cake tin

1 Saucepan that will hold the bowl

1 Water to fill the saucepan

½ Cups Saltanas (optional(

2 Tablespoons Honey (optional)

Preheat oven 180 celsius or 350 Fahrenheit

It's in the supplies tab. Butter is 70g , sugar is about 2/3 cup ( you can put more or less) , self raising flour is 1 and 1/2 cups.

Secret to this recipe is the potato masher. Try and not to mash bananas but to mash into cubes.
