Like it!! I've been saving corks for a while with plans to make SOMETHING...I like your idea. I was determined to use corks from wine that either I personally drank or ppl drank in my company. I've been saving for awhile & I'm ready to create! Suggestion: how about a coat of spray paint on the foam board before applying the corks? It wld give u consistency with no worries of coloring in or missing a spot. You could also choose a color that creates a cool contrasting background. Just a thought! Thanks for the guide!!👍

Love that idea Jassica! I'm sure you gathered even more corks after the wedding!

I did this for my wedding with red wine corks - my family saved theirs and I went to our local scrap store and found the rest. we put them on the bars and guestbook tables - great idea!

I always see a big barrel of corks at Whole Foods, I wonder if they are up for grabs? Also, I've heard that wineries sometimes give them away.

Also, they sell them at most craft stores

You can ask a restaurant to save their wine corks for you. Or you can collect your family corks after every dinner party for a while (like I did).
