How to Make a Tricked Out Candle
Start with your magazines, rip or cut out a few pages.
Rip or cut up your magazine pages.
Now get your glue,or Modge podge. If you don't think your glue is strong enough take your glue and mix it with your water.
I have this kind of glue do I'm gonna cover my candle with it. Then I'll add the magazine strips.
Sorry for the background convo :)
Start to put glue on top so you have layers :)
