How to Make a Super Moisturizing, Exfoliating Body Scrub

Step 1 of 6

You can use this scrub on any part of your body. I would avoid the face (it's really oily).

Step 2 of 6

Also, you can make this same thing with brown sugar :) just adjust the ingredient amount to get the consistency of what you think you like.

Step 3 of 6
Gather ingredients and measuring cups. Or just pour freely :)

Step 4 of 6
Start with the sugar. The oil you add to it may not seem like a lot, but it coats the sugar well.

Then add your oil and mix. Use whenever and however often. I leave it in my shower.

I apply at the end of my shower. After I am all rinsed off. It leaves my skin soooo soft. Especially my butt :) I also used this on my daughter when she was a baby. Got rid of eczema.

Make sure after you apply. You rinse off. Lol. It's oily in te shower, but once you rinse off, you should be left soft. And her eczema wasn't too bad. Just dry patches. Have her try this on her fingers.

If you use extra virgin olive oil it won't clog the pores on your face! I always use this, it works so well!

Would the sugar dissolve in the oil after a certain period of time? :) would we have to keep adding sugar? Because I know it does it when you mix it with honey.
