Heat your oven to 302 F or 150 C
Crack the egg and separate the white and the yellow
Pour it into a bowl... Remember you have to do this with all the 7 eggs
Whisk super well! Until it turns into white cream
You should be able to put the bowl upside down without it pouring out.
Slowly add 3 1/3 cups of sugar... Add 1/3 and whisk it well and 1/3 and whisk it well...
Take out a piece of non sticking baking paper if you dont have that use some oil on the paper to avoid the meringue to get stuck
Make 2 circles about 20 cm...
With the leftovers (if there is any) fill a plastic bag and
Make some small meringue for either the cake or yourself:)
Put it in the oven for about 1 - 1 1/3 hours
Add scopes of ice cream all over it... Put some chocolate pieces on the ice cream when its put on the cake
Add the second layer off meringue on the cake and smash it with whipped cream!
