You can make buttercream for cupcakes or use them in any cakes... I will soon put up a guide on buttercream... :)

Thanks:) U can keep the meringue in a plastic bag in room temperature up to 3 weeks. Just scoop on the ice cream when you want to eat it. If you put it in the fridge the ice cream will probably melt after a while... :)

Very clear guide :). Question: do you have to eat the cake right after you finished it or can you keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours or maybe one day?
