Download the iMotion HD app (it's free)
Open the app and click new movie
This is the next menu
Switch to manual...
...or the voice command at the right ( not shown) and adjust the threshold so when you speak the picture is taken and the camera isn't shaken.
Name it and flip the orientation
Now this is manual so you press capture to take a picture
Now use objects and move them slowly taking a picture each time.
Hold your camera up using a weight behind it such as a roll of duct tape...
...or a stapler
