Step 1 of 9
Add sprite and wine. My choice of wine is Bota Box Malbec. Fairly good glass of wine and 20 bucks for a box. Not bad.

Step 2 of 9
Wash all of the fruit. Not just the strawberries, silly!

Step 3 of 9

Slice the strawberries like this. If you want. Off with their heads!

Step 4 of 9

You better slice the apple like this. J/k but slicing the fruit thinly increases surface area and allows the flavors to infuse quickly.

Step 5 of 9

Smash the blueberries a little. For infusion purposes of course.

Step 6 of 9
Go ahead and add the sorbet. Blood orange is also tasty.

Chill/infuse for about an hour. Or as long as you can wait. Then pour into a bawler glass, ad some swag and enjoy.

I assume that if you substituted wine with a tart/low-sugar juice, you would get close to the same results. The fruit, sorbet, and sprite ads enough sweetness. Good luck!

Looks Delish! Question: this may sound nuts, but I stick to a non-alcoholic or very, very low alcohol intake, however preferably none. Is there a way to accomplish a fruity tasty version of your recipe, while tweaking the alcohol ingredient?
