Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius/ 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is my left over pastery from my sausage rolls. If you haven't already check out my guide on how to make them.
Get two peices then press together with fingers. Cut the hard/crusty bits off the edges.
I ended up doing three so it would fit.
Now carefully put it into the mould.
Cut off the exess pastery.
Now im using peanut butter for my filling. Get a teaspoon of this.
Now get another pastery square.
Press down firmly on the edges.
Turn upside down on a flat surface.
Now cut along the shape of the mould.
Once again press the sides firmly.
Get your fork and make holes so it won't explode.
If you need more pastery get the scraps and roll them out with a rolling pin.π make sure you don't use the crusty scraps though.
This is another pie i made with peanut butter and jam.
Now get a tray and put the moulds onto it. (you can do milk wash if you want, i didn't) Next put in the oven! They cook for 20-30 minutes but just keep an eye on them.
When they are done, let cool especialy if they have jam in them. I hope you enjoyed my guide!ππ
