I make them using frames too, but I don't have the frame stand up. I have the frame lay horizontal sort-of. Hard to explain, but imagine a calculator stand of sorts. I also glue the post it pad with the back on to a piece of thin cardboard and then hot glue to the frame. Then, when they finish one pad, they can just stick another one to the cardboard.

I made these for my coworkers last year for Christmas, but the post-it's never stayed on the acrylic. They kept fallin off. I noticed no one is using them anymore. :( Was thinking maybe hot glue the pad to the acrylic?

@Connie Vela, it all depends on which frame you get. Some are more heavy duty than others. It also depends on the post it note pad. Thicker ones with more sheets can actually make the frame tip over because it's heavy.

Does it stay standing up? I mean, it won't tip over every time I try and grab a post it, will it?
