Supplies!!(and scissors!)

Cut the cup(s) in half
Step 3 of 6
Cut the top of the balloon off like so..
Step 4 of 6
Stretch the balloon over the cup. This is kinda hard. I've heard you can use a yogurt cup because they are sturdier, but I've never tried.
Step 5 of 6
Put your Pom Pom or marshmallow in the cup, pull the knot back and let go! Kids love this craft! (:
