Then make your sides. I use 6 3/4 by 18 inch wood on mine. Make this for all 4 sides.

Here's a picture of what I put. I have a 5 in 1 apple tree which I was told can last about 3-5 years here. I also put a bag in between so planter will last longer.

The only other that came to issue was the bottom of the actual legs, I drilled pocket holes there to help it stick together so no gaps shows.

How I screwed it on was I use a jig. To be exact a kreg jig to make the pocket holes. the screws I used were a 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 pocket hole screws. I believe I have a picture of the kreg jig on how to make a fence for you garden guide.
