In the summer it gets hot, and I hate paying to air condition the place, just to heat it up for some cost effective delicious pizza! Bring on the grill!!

Preheat grill. For 2 burner grills, use both burners and heat to 375°–400°F.   For grills with 3 or more burners, heat to 425°–450°F, and light outer burners only. If needed, use an oven thermometer.

Remove the plastic wrap from the pizza. Put pizza/paper tray on aluminum grilling tray or heated pizza stone.  Place in the center of the grill surface and close lid.

Note: If you have a thermometer in the lid of the grill, it will no longer read the correct temperature. Temperature should not be adjusted once grill is preheated.

Do not leave your grill unattended. Check your pizza by lifting crust with a spatula, do this and turn the pizza 1/4 turn every 5-7 minutes. Bake your pizza for approximately 20-30 minutes.

Pizza is done!  You will want to let it sit for 5 minutes to let it cool/rest. Then you can slice it how you like it, and enjoy!! (Don't forget to turn your grill off!)
