Bake over water. I use soaked newspaper to cover the baking tray. This is to prevent the cookie crust from burning.

Ready to bake (sorry for te blurry picture). Put in a pre-heat 150degrees celcius oven untill it is baked. Check regulary.

It takes a reallyyyyy long time to bake since it is in low temp. I actually managed to bake another type of cake using a different oven while I wait for this to cook.

To make it easier to cut, put into the fridge over night for the cake to settle. This makes the cheesecake fuller and more solid.

200 Grams Marcapone cheese

180 Grams Butter cookie

20 Grams Melted butter

It's a cake slices marker, we press gently to mark the places to cut to get even slices all over! There are two sides, one for 12 pieces and one for 10 :D very useful

Please do! The lime juices can be reduced from the recipe if you don't want your cake to be too sour :)

It really doesn't matter! I even used crackers In this one since i can't find any butter cookies now. But make sure you taste it, it should not be too sweet or too salty.
