Roll one side of the tissue or napkin (I used a tissue). You may need to wet your fingers.

Wrap the tissue around 2 of your fingers. Make sure the rolled part is upwards. Do this gently and loosely.

Pinch the tissue a quarter of the way down.

Twist this spot tightly (make sure to always twist in the same direction all throughout this project).
