Put 1 1/2 tbsp of vanilla syrup into cup while you wait for your water to boil (or more, or less - to taste).

Fill cup about 3/4 full with water and your tea, and steep.

Pour 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup of milk.

Microwave 55 seconds (For my microwave this is hot enough).

Take whisk between palms, rub back and forth. To create froth, if you'd like. You can also use a bowl, measuring cup, pot and do this stove top. Or a frother/steamed milk.

The vanilla is amazing. You can also use vanilla extract and sugar or home make make vanilla syrup!!

That's very different than the "london fog" drink I know... which includes cold coffee, vanilla ice cream, burbon, etc.
