CJ- thruth be told i love it just the way i make it without water! It is good like that! The honey seemed fine when mixed! It took me a 1 1/2 months to use mine and i have to make some more today!

my mother used to dissolve a teaspoon of honey in a couple of tablespoons of boiling water, then add about 1 teaspoon of malt vinegar, stir until the honey melted and then we'd let it drizzle down our throats by the spoonful to help with sore throats and cough etc. Yours sounds really good too with the ginger and lemon in the honey !!
