This is my own tuna salad recipe that's very healthy and honestly you can put nearly whatever you want into the salad.

Yes but it's not very unhealthy, in fact I would call it healthy. I can try to make an research but as I do this salad differently every time it's pretty hard to make an exact nutritional tab...:)
