Hey! Ice cubes, banana, coconut water (you won't taste it and its REALLY good for you, kiwi and raw hemp seeds. I also suggest blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and/or strawberries. =)

sorry ... I'm just new at this and didn't see the "supplies" tab ... I would have to replace the coconut water with something like soy milk or something else ... I can't stand coconut water, it's too bland for me. May as well just use real water. But other than that, it sounds really yummy
