Should look like this. The olive oil, lemon, garlic and spices will act as your salad dressing.

Step 12 of 13
Mix it up (really good so the garlic is mixed throughout - you don't want to bit into a chunk of it, trust me). Don't add salad dressing, it's full of preservatives which are bad for you.

Eat and enjoy! This has no salt (yay!), no preservatives (yay!) and no acidic stuff (yay!) =)

Au Natural

Stephany, I reckon the feta would provide enough saltiness and flavour. And Mikhaila, while lemons are acidic they have an alkalising effect on your body, as do most raw veggies, so it's a great combo β˜ΊπŸ’›

Actually lemon has a highly alkaline effect on your body! However, the feta cheese has an acidic effect... Oops! =)

This does look epic! You made your own salad dressing with the lemon juice (an acid, by the way), herbs and olive oil, store bought dressing is so overrated and gross, I agree! Next time try Cavenders Greek seasoning. In a yellow container in the spice section of most big grocery stores. It will change your life!
