Potatoes. If you don't have small ones don't worry. Boil with skin the big ones (Yukon Gold).
Put it in a pot with cold water and salt.
When it starts to boil lower the heat a little bit. Simmer is what you are aiming for.
Drain when cooked. Similar to the papas arrugadas thing. If you used the big ones just cut them in smaller pieces when they are not so hot.
Cut the beans as you wish.
All of them.. Make enough. You can always save if you have any left.
Bring water to a boil. Season with salt. Heavily!
Add the beans. Make sure the fire is always on high. Don't worry about color mixing.
After a couple of minutes taste to see if they are cooked
If they are cooked chill them into a bowl with ice and water
Put them over a towel to drain the excess of water
Since the water is still boiling add a tempered egg to it. (meaning a egg that has been out of the fridge for a couple of minutes)
Chill... Same as the beans.
Put the beans in the salad bowl.
Potatoes... Crush some to release tension.
Garlic... The microplane (grated) technique.
It will look better than this
Peel the egg. You may come across a ugly one.
Just chop it.. Add to the bowl along with some salt and mix mix the salad.
The pretty one cut in half
Season with salt and pepper
